what time needs to cancel the shotcut keyboard key ?
what is the threshold of the keys in emacs ?
need to know maximum limit of being slow typing a keybinding to catch up

Pretty sure there isn't. When you press the first keychord or key it'll wait as long as you need for the second.

If the sequence is not interrupted, then there's no time-out.
I pressed `C-x` before I did the dishes, and then I did `C-c`, and Emacs decided to quit, having patiently waited for me to complete the sequence after more than half an hour :)

that's the answer of my question for real 'whatever emacs wait me finish my coffe or not to complete the gived command' , that's impressive .
question is , is that will not interact with any kind of use , if i want to get back for first couple of keys 'C+.." ..or that will not just happens ever ?

`C-g` or maybe `ESC` will always get you out of a partially entered command :)
