Problem copying from agenda that has org-agenda-filter-by-tag applied to it. It copies entire agenda list?

I have the following agenda, which has been filtered to only show the items marked with the "@out" tag: https://i.imgur.com/3aPEJKq.png I want to copy this to another buffer, just as seen. So I do C-SPC on the top one, move down, C-SPC to mark the region, then C-w to copy to buffer. C-x o to move to other buffer, C-y and then... I get the entire agenda list, not the filtered result. Why does it do this, and how might I achieve my desired result?

M-x org-copy-visible FIltering in agenda works by hiding parts that are not matching the filter. The text actually remains in the buffer. It's just not displayed.
