Multi-line text interactive functions?

Hi, I'm looking to create an interactive *form*, that fills out headers in an org-capture template. I don't want to "just" use the minibuffer, because it looks like a single line of text. I want to be able to fill in paragraphs of text within the minibuffer (or other kind of buffer), to be used interactively in the function. This way I can fill out a form in a multi-stage process. And it fills out an org file's headers, rather than e.g. a csv file if I used `form-mode`. Is this possible? Any alternatives that one might be able to recommend?

I suspect you could employ any one of the numerous snippet/skeleton libraries (such as yasnippet) for that.
