winner-mode with emacs-daemon: Store layouts between sessions of emacsclient

I use Emacs 27 as daemon with [`winner-mode`](http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Window-Convenience.html#index-winner_002dmode). It works well in an `emacsclient` session. But when I close that session after starting `emacsclient` again `winner-mode` has forgotten all layouts. "No further window configuration undo information" is the message. I would assume this should work because the `winner-mode` runs in the context of the still running daemon and client.

`winner-mode` tracks window configuration changes on a per-frame basis. If you destroy an emacsclient frame then that information is gone. When you create a new client frame, that is distinct from the old frame.

I almost never close emacsclient, I just minimize it or push it back in the window stack if I have to. Anyway, try with tags. Emacs 27 has got tags which acts more like workspaces. I don't use tags myself, but have it on my list to start using them exactly for this scenario.
