Installing emacs-28 on a fresh install of Debian testing/12/bookworm is failing during `./configure` with
configure: error: ELisp native compiler was requested, but libgccjit was not found.
Please try installing libgccjit or a similar package.
However, `libgccjit` is installed:
$ apt install libgccjit-10-dev
[...]
libgccjit-10-dev is already the newest version (10.3.0-15).
$ ls -l /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgccjit.so.0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 18 Mar 19 07:39 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgccjit.so.0 -> libgccjit.so.0.0.1
What do I need to do to fix this?
Edit: this is emacs-28 from a git checkout
