Windows Doom install without CMD/Powershell

Does anyone have any guidance/suggestions for installing Doom on Windows without access to the command line or powershell; my company has both locked down? I am able to clone both EMacs and Doom via GitHub’s desktop client as well as create user environment variables but once I get to “Doom install”, I’m stuck.

A company that blocks terminal access sounds terrible. How do they expect you to be able to do your job?

Part of it is I’m not a professional programmer; it’s a hobby for me. I enjoy the problem solving and try to use what I play with at home to make mine and my coworkers lives easier. Our old CTO let me have local admin rights; our new CTO would prefer everyone use pencil and paper so we don’t break his network. To be fair we do deal with some sensitive material and the employees range from almost complete technical illiteracy to technically competent. He’s like a “helicopter parent” though. It’s endlessly frustrating.
