Emacs C/C++ config

They have some setup for a c/c++ environment in emacs, I'm still getting used to elips

I'm sorry if I didn't answer correctly, it was early in the morning and I was falling asleep. The question is do you have any github repo or post to guide me with configuring emacs for a c development environment? I'm looking for the most basic I don't want something as complete as doom emacs or spacemacs
