Hello friends! I have been trying to use emacsclient for my EDITOR environment variable. It works fine except one snag I've encountered. My EDITOR is set to `emacsclient -t -a ''`.
The issue is this: when I run `git commit` it launches a new frame in my terminal, as you'd expect. The issue arises if I choose to cancel my commit using `C-c C-k`. Canceling the commit returns me to my terminal hanging on the git message "Hint: waiting for your editor to close the file...". It hangs until I take some other action on my system (taking an action such as spawning a new terminal, opening a new emacsclient, etc).
If you have any ideas on what may be causing this, or I how I can provide more information, please let me know.
