Sorry guys if I am being annoying, but I got another problem that I cannot figure out by myself.
As stated previously I was following the old emacs from scratch series from system crafters youtube channel to customize my emacs and it throws of error along with the line loading file .../elpa/bind-key-number.number/bind-key.elc failed to provide feature 'bind-key'
So, at first, I thought I may don't have the package but when I tried installing it I was failing. So I searched the web a bit and found this bind-key file from tumashu/elpa git repo. So I copied it and pasted it in my bind-key.elpa file. After evaluating the buffer if I re-evaluate my init buffer everything seems to work. But if I re-start emacs the error comes back again which again goes off after re-evaluating the said buffers.
Is there any permanent fix for this problem? What am I doing wrong?
Edit: Problem is solved! out of desparation I just deleted everything under elpa and re-evaluated by init.el. After a bit of error checking (which was result of my typo) the problem fixed. But I have no idea how my original problem was fixed. -\_-
