Org-mode org-mode source blocks

Is it possible to have org-mode source blocks in org-mode? I want to make notes about the header options in org-mode in org-mode.

Also, if you do `org-edit-special` (`<C-c '>`) in the org source block, and then write in normal org syntax, the commas will be automatically added wherever needed. I wrote a thing about this that goes into some more detail: https://djliden.github.io/posts/20220208-org-source.html
