Including current clock time in org-mode clock table

A bit of a weird one, but I regularly want to know how much time I've spent today in total including the time spent on the current clocked in task (basically, when I'm checking if I've done enough hours for the day). I could always clock out and then clock in again but that's a bit annoying. Does anyone have a good way of getting org-mode's clock tables to include the current time in?

You can set the variable `org-clock-report-include-clocking-task` to `t` to include the current clocking task time in clock reports.
