is there a variable that i can assign to each org-agenda heading that is unique to the agenda heading ?

say for example i have this code inside a custom command (todo "TODO" ((org-agenda-overriding-header "todos") (org-agenda-prefix-format "%l") (org-agenda-max-entries 5) (org-agenda-sorting-strategy '((org-agenda-priority-up )) ) )) i want a variable that is unique to this heading something like a category so when there is no todos and the heading is empty i still get the value of the variable only in the current agenda heading
