Emacs keeps indenting my \phrases tags, each new phrase gets an additional indentation.
I want everything to stay at the same indentation level, like so:
\phrase
{}
{}
{}
\phrase
{}
{}
{}
\phrase
{}
{}
{}
In other words I don't need any indentation for any content between \enumerate
Should I use M-x and disable the electric indenting mode temporary while working on the document?

You could use .dir-locals.el to disable electric indent mode. Or indeed just disable it for the tex mode.

If you're using AUCTeX, you could try adjusting LaTeX-indent-environment-list.

Out of curiosity: did you mean to use `\item` in that enumeration? Is `\phrase` an item-like command that you created?

Hack font with the gruvbox theme.
`(set-face-attribute 'default nil :font "Hack" :height 180)`
However, you should have the font installed on your computer.
Here's the GitHub page:
https://github.com/source-foundry/Hack/
Direct download link:
https://github.com/source-foundry/Hack/releases/download/v3.003/Hack-v3.003-ttf.zip
On Unix-like systems, place the .ttf files under your home folder's `.fonts` folder, like so:
~/.fonts/Hack-BoldItalic.ttf
~/.fonts/Hack-Regular.ttf
~/.fonts/...
To make sure the changes take effect log out of your desktop environment or reboot.
