"Not working" is too vague a description of the problem you're having. How is it not working? What do you expect to happen and what is actually happening?

Replace `:init` with `:config`. The stuff in `:init` is run before `ac-html` is loaded which is probably not what you want.
Also the `progn` is unnecessary.

You could use `company-mode` plus cli program `universal-ctags`
`auto-complete-mode` is outdated.
