blog post template idea/help/question

so I've seen the light and switched from vim/markdown to Doom emacs/org I was going to post there, but I think this is more of a general `how to` question. I have a shell script that I've been using as a template for my blog posts. I think, I could rework it to end up as an org file. But I recently watched a System Crafters video on org roam which talks about `org-capture-template` particularly the *template in Org files* bit if anyone cares about the script here's the [gist](https://gist.github.com/CochinoChingon/d9b03b8482b899b088b518cf3d08796c) is there a way to make an org template for blog posts that would work like org-capture but store the file in `path/to/jekyll/_posts` TL;DR is there a way to make a chord to open an org template for blog posts?

Org capture templates are flexible. If you read the documentation for the org-capture-templates variable, it gives a breakdown of all the different components of a template. What you're interested in should be in the "target" section. You can provide a function which will dynamically name the file in your desired location.
