**Motivation:**
I found the exwm built-in functionality for moving windows between workspaces pretty buggy. If I remember correctly, my major issue was that the built-in functionality only worked for windows displaying exwm buffers but I wanted all windows to be treated equally. I also threw in a completing-read interface that I though I would use but haven't found much use for it. Instead I find the functionality to move windows to a specific workspace by number far more useful.
