How to prevent org-gcal from asking me for my password every time I sync?

I was having the same problem, and this setting worked for me: (setq epa-file-cache-passphrase-for-symmetric-encryption t)

If you're on linux, look into keychain. It allows one to enter your gpg passphrase once per reboot. There is a keychain-refresh-environment package for emacs to make sure emacs picks up the correct environment variable.
