is there a completion package that completes history of the minibuffer?

is there a package that enables minibuffer completion for ivy, something like zsh history navigation? for example i have a history entry that contains: defun and it is buried somewhere in minibuffer history, so when i type for example def and navigate the history, all history entries that begin with def should be the one to be navigated

Already supported in ivy out the the box? C-r usually invokes ivy-reverse-I-search?

See [Icicles - History Enhancements](https://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/Icicles_-_History_Enhancements). Here are 3 of the ways you can complete against history elements: * `M-o` in the minibuffer lets you use completion to insert any number of history elements in the minibuffer. * `M-pause` in the minibuffer restricts the current set of completion candidates to those you've used previously. * `M-h` in the minibuffer matches your current input against the minibuffer history directly.

In Helm it is also ootb. At least for some Helm packages.
