When I enter a long sequence of numbers into the main calc-mode window, the most recent number is cut off, so that I only see the very top of its line. When I process all of those numbers, the `*Calc Trail*` buffer doesn't scroll down automatically, so I have to do it to see what my most recent calculations were.

For reference, here's what I do in the GIF:
1. Input the numbers 1 - 0
2. Sum them all
3. Scroll the `*Calc Trail*` buffer, then do `M-S->`
4. Repeat the same process another time
I really enjoy calc-mode, but it's frustrating to use for long equations due to this. Anyone have similar issues?
GNU Emacs 29.0.50
EDIT: The issue turned out to be `(setq-default line-spacing 2)` in my init.el. Workaround is to set the line-spacing to nil in calc and calc-trail mode:
(setq-default line-spacing 2)
(mapc (lambda (hook)
(add-hook hook (lambda ()
(make-local-variable 'line-spacing)
(setq line-spacing nil))))
'(calc-mode-hook calc-trail-mode-hook))
