How can I get pylsp to ignore certain errors? (D103 missing docstring in public function for example?) I've put settings in .flake8, \~/config/flake8, \~/.config/pycodestyle, setup.cfg all of them are ignored by pylsp. If I run flake8 from the command line the settings are honored.

There is `lsp-pylsp-plugins-flake8-ignore`.

I saw that but it will apply everywhere, I want to set what errors/warnings to ignore for each project.

you can use .dir-local. I believe that the config files should work too. At least several users have reported that they work.
