I have my emacs config.org set to tangle to init.el automatically with the after-save-hook. I want to symbolically link all my org files to one org folder, but it seems like this breaks my auto-tangle setup. The strangest part to me is, when I navigate to /.emacs.d/ to open the original file, that won't tangle either. So its not just using link that's the problem. Its like having a link pointing to that file at all prevents tangle from working on that file. When I remove the link it goes right back to tangling. Does anyone know of a solution off hand?
