Emacs 28.1 tab-bar keycast global minor mode (tb-keycast)

Hello Reddit Emacs community. I just wanted to share tb-keycast global minor mode. Might be useful for someone who stream/record Emacs videos. https://github.com/ir33k/tb-keycast Created as alternative to keycast package that does the same thing in mode-line. I was trying this original package but found that it doesn't behave exactly like I wanted so I created my own from scratch. Originally it was also integrated with mode-line but since I'm on newer Emacs version I took the opportunity to move it to tab-bar. I think it's much better that way.

Coincidentally I saw a few days ago that a popular emacs users who used [keycast](https://github.com/tarsius/keycast) before starred your repository. I decided that alternatively displaying this information in the tab-bar indeed makes sense and since I have been working on that package anyway, I quickly implemented it. I hope that is not too demotivating.

Happy to see that keycast is evolving. I will stick to my mode tho because it: 1. filters out regular typing, mouse drag and mini buffer commands 2. align to right without tab-bar-format-align-right which produce bugs for custom font sizes 3. avoids wrapping keycast status in the middle when you have more tabs 4. barely has 180 lines of source code with comments and documentation I still want to add customization regarding format and custom faces tho.

Coincidentally, I tried keycast recently and it didn't appeal to me and I look forward to giving your extension a try maybe later tonight. I hope thats motivating for you. :)
