Windows binaries for the emacs-28 pre-release

I think these work; clearly, I need help testing ;) repo/web: [https://git.sr.ht/\~mplscorwin/emacs-w64](https://git.sr.ht/~mplscorwin/emacs-w64) tl;dr: emacs 28 binary downloads as [Installer](https://git.sr.ht/~mplscorwin/emacs-w64/tree/master/item/with-native-compilation/emacs-28.0.91-installer.exe) or [ZIP](https://git.sr.ht/~mplscorwin/emacs-w64/blob/master/with-native-compilation/emacs-28.0.91.zip) The "latest-greatest" is in the "with-native-compilation" folder. Those match what I expect will be Available Soon™ from [alpha.gnu.org](https://alpha.gnu.org). These support the [native compiler](https://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/GccEmacs) provided a working [msys2](https://www.msys2.org/) installation (with libgccjit, GCC) in `PATH`. The rest of the dependencies (rsvg, libxml, jansson, ...) are included (unless you grab a "no-deps" version). NOTE: the full repo is >5GB; it's likely best to visit the link in a browser, then use the "tree" tab to drill down to and download the file(s) of interest. Full emacs sources are pushed as emacs-28.0.91-src.zip. TIA for any feedback and especially reports of breakage, doubly so if you can take the time to send minimal reproducers starting from `emacs -Q` using \`\`\``M-x report-emacs-bug`.

Thanks for working on this. But I get this when I try to start Emacs with my init file, when it tries to load a simple library (`strings.el`) that's in my `load-path`: Debugger entered--Lisp error: (error "Cannot find libgccjit library") error("Cannot find libgccjit library") comp-ensure-native-compiler() comp--native-compile((lambda (arg0 &optional arg1 arg2 arg3) (let ((f #'read-buffer)) (funcall f arg0 arg1 arg2 arg3))) nil "z:/xxxx/yyyy/.emacs.d/eln-cache/28.0.91-f0ffce75/su...") comp-trampoline-compile(read-buffer) comp-subr-trampoline-install(read-buffer) defalias(read-buffer #f(compiled-function (prompt &optional default require-match predicate) #<bytecode 0xb069d7586a6b5b3>)) require(strings) I can start Emacs with `runemacs -Q` OK, however. If I then try to load `strings.el` with `load-library`, I see this in `*Messages*`: For information about GNU Emacs and the GNU system, type C-h C-a. Loading z:/xxxx/zzzz/wwww/strings.el (source)... strings.el: Warning: ‘psetq’ is an obsolete alias (as of 27.1); use ‘cl-psetq’ instead. comp-ensure-native-compiler: Cannot find libgccjit library Package cl is deprecated Oh, and why should Emacs try to compile a `*.el` library when I load it explicitly as `*.el`?

I had this until I installed msys2 and added that to my path as was mentioned in the original post. Now I'm having \`wrong-type-argument listp F\` in my init file, so working through those. Edit: the error message checked out, I had a rouge F character in one of my lisp chains, for some reason emacs 27.2 wasn't bothered by that. The binaries seems to work, I noticed that display images inline in org-mode doesn't function.
