No sleep

Cat Mother · 2026-03-24 16:13
it's been 3 days I can see "things" moving at my peripheral vision is it the end of me?

>>8590 Really sorry to hear that... I remember ruining my sleep once. At some point, my peripheral vision went a bit funky too. You need to find a comfy bed (nice mattress) to replentish your sleep, really. Make sure your bed, your matress and your pillow match your body weight, though... Besides, I heard lack of sleep makes you see enemies everywhere.

>>8590 Go and see a doctor. You should get z-drugs. Take care!

>>8590 On an unrelated note (not OP) - I got some sleep problems too once I removed my matress' comforter. I still havent washed it and I guess I should buy a second one (and wash it) first...

>is it the end of me? I mean, yeah it is. Prolonged sleep deprivation is usually fatal. I don't really remember how many days it is but I'd go see a doctor if you genuinely can't fall asleep.

>>8590 I got sleep deprived a lot during university and now i have heart problems and also digestive problems because of that...

>>8594 What are you talking about? One can easily stay awake for a week, it's not great, you'll get paranoid and stuff, but it's not like water. >>8590 Just rest, don't "try" to fall asleep, I found that just laying down for a view hours, resting my eyes, does a lot! Don't try and force yourself to fall asleep, it's the worst. You'll sleep eventually lain, it's going to be fine

It is easiest to fall asleep by stopping caring about it. Ironically trying ti stay awake while just shutting your eyes to rest it us easy to fall asleel
