Have you ever had a lucid dream? how was it?

Mostly when I have lucid dreams now, they are about moving through some environment. I'm aware I'm dreaming, and I can travel in whatever direction I choose, which usually involves floating through some abstract weirdness.
For instance the last one I remember having I was moving through a really emotionally busy space with a lot of low poly colorful birds, and creatures with human-ish but wrinkled and distorted faces coming up to and looking at me. Another one I remember, I ended up falling into a massive, rectangular underground room made of stone blocks, which was empty except for spheres rolling around textured with the face of Mae from the game Night in the Woods.

Only once. I think it was caused by something i saw or heard on Tiktok. I've been scrolling on it for at lest 4-5 hours that night. At some point I got so tired that I just fell asleep and then it happened. When I realized I'm in a lucid dream I summoned a girl I has a crush on but I woke up right after that. I tried to get another one 2 times by scrolling on Tiktok again but I got sleep paralyses instead. I never had another lucid dream or sleep paralysis since then.

I've been having them randomly since at least kindergarten. These days I have them maybe once a month, but the frequency has varied a lot in my life.
They're fun. I usually just explore the dream rather than try to manipulate it.
I think the most fun I have in these is when you find another entity in the dream who claims to not be part of the dream exactly like you are, while also having control over it. So it's like two minor gods having a chance meeting in some random dimension. It's also fun to fly in a random direction and watch the terrain slide under you.
