>>8024 Highly recommend the gateway tapes. It took a few repeats of tapes 1-6 to really get any idea of what 'might' be possible. Make sure you are hydrated, untouched by alcohol etc. Give it a certain focus. Gateway was fairly successful in triggering exotic states of mind I would say. Wanted to share some of my recent experiences. Wave II Threshold - Problem Solving - I had gone through my focus 10-12, energy conversion the whole thing. Raised my questions and received a few different answers to things I had been wrestling with at the time, it was pretty helpful! The odd thing was on the return. As I was coming back from the session, I clearly saw a huuuge wolf, damn near filling my doorway. He was staring at me with glowing orange eyes. He was vibrating and staring directly into me. I only saw him for maybe a quarter of a second. It was extremely clear and quite strange. This wasn't my first time with odd flash encounters. Has anyone else seen things like this? Safe travels.

Took a break from the tapes due to scary encounters and nightmares that followed.

It is pleasant especially forming the energy balloon because it is very visual for me. For some reason I do physically feel it so I just keep doing it. Hence why it takes so long and needing to catch up to robert monroe guiding voice in the tapes which just complicates and breaks the state of being. Besides that I did have prior interest in lucid dreaming. Not really succesful yet. But I do remember a lot. Sometimes I can recall up to 6 dreams in detail. Although usually it is 2-3 dreams everyday with occasionaly gaps between which can last up to a week. This change really only occured after doing the hemisync tapes. Besides I noticed I just mellowed out in calmness and am more capable of just letting go. More energised after doing it, overal more relaxed and dreamy sleep because of it. Next up I do plan on reading the thomas campbel book "my big TOE" and "stalking the wild pendulum". It seems to be in the same theme/subject and I am going to keep exploring it. If you have any questions or suggestions, I will respond sooner or later. I decided to write this to just stop lurking and share a bit. In some way as a "thank you!"? I suppose. Lastly, My energy conversion box is a dark ricecooker with a black cooking pot lid which I was suprised by with how unexpectedly heavy it was.
