Is there any kind of self-hypnosis or anything that I can submit myself into to forget a certain period in the past?
For example, imagine life as a string. Select two points of that same string (A and B), cut them and throw them out. Then, take the remainings of the string and mend it. I made this silly draw to describe the situation.
I made some progress to make this happen by my own. Of course, I didn't totally forget the period, but at least I am being capable of carrying my life on, sometimes...
I want to learn this because my memories of the past are disturbing me so much that it's draining my energies. I can elaborate more if needed.
Thanks.

hyponosis i dont belive is going to work like that i think a better idea might be shouting offences at the radios when they bring it up, something like telling it you dont care and telling them to move on
otherwise they believe either you want to hear about it or need to hear about it or they will think they have leverage over you in some way because of this.
what it seems like is you have muiltiple parties arguing in your presence using radios, without more than one party how would you be observing the conflict? so i believe there are multiple parties.
i dont believe you would "go there in2 the meomory" yourself so to speak, and so it must be somebody else for whatever reasons.
the right thing to do i think would be to fight it a bit, washing a condom in the sink, showing them offensive images, make it clear thast you know they are real and assert your dominance over them so they stop bothering you or making you uncomfortable. threaten them with something like generational blood curses or disease even.

Not really hypnosis but alprazolam seems like the only way out.

i dont feel like getting a percription for sleeping aids is going to make anything go away or allow OP to live to their best function, something like this is going to really impact their life, i feel like OP is looking to carry their life on and not looking for weekly meetings in the discussion room, risking imprisonment with no trial, addicted to sleeping pills, becoming a slave to new age religious dogma.
such a thing as this would definitely impede OPs ability to continue a functional life, not only this but the cost of becoming one of them is going to be severe, OP doesnt need to totally change their character, or sell their soul to the instiutution, or go out of pocket for addictive chemicals, or lose their job to attend therapy, these things can last forever.

I don't know if it can work with self-hypnosis but hypnosis can be used for that sort of thing. You would probably not want to delete a segment of time and leave it empty. It would be better to replace it with a false memory.

Additive:
Create an empty shell personality with some base templates, and funnel yourself into it, leave something in charge of gradually weaving in old information from "outside"
Reductive:
Create a copy of yourself and surround it with a shell personality. Strip things out and build up active dissociative systems as needed. Program the shell to handle all of this in the background.
When anything you don't want comes to mind, draw it into the forefront of your mind, and recursively strip all associative links with other memories. Continue until nothing spurs recollection.

imho this doesn't work because reality is expressed in practice. Continuously re-asserted by recordkeeping and other people.
I think one is better off getting so busy with so many new things in life that the past barely matters. It's like getting scar tissue from a wound after it heals: it's clear that it happened, but it's not like it's gushing blood anymore.

I think the only such things are on the level of traumas...
