what do you think caused this? trauma, break up, etc? if it happened "all of a sudden", then maybe it's just fatigue. and if you're feeling really down, visit your local therapist to start therapy sessions and see if you have depression or something.

idk really, my life had been going good as of lately not the best but i was getting by.
i don't really trust therapists as i had once visited one for a few sessions and all i saw was that he was trying to just kind of what do you call boast me up like just feeding into how everything i do or feel is probably good and for a reason which i do not agree with
i don't think i have deppression because i don't think there would be any reason to be depressed

You are experiencing life limiting the amount of high that you get from doing the thing you love. Kinda like playing a video game and not wanting to experience anymore of it. You can't bash your head against a wall because you're tired of that one experience. You shouldn't try to force yourself to do what you love.
The cure if you can call it that, is simply to embrace the boredom in your soul. After a while that boredom will transform into either you going back to your old ways and rediscovering your love or move on to other things and perhaps in the future after doing something else you will rediscover the joy of your old past times.
In short, just leave it alone lainon.
