What methods besides dreams can you use to collect psychological/unconscious data? For example say I want to fill a notebook with my "essence" for later use by AI or something, how do I get the raw data without it being corrupted by secondary thought processes? I know there are machines that measure response to stimuli but that's a little much for me.

So edgy... Any reactive emotions. Any whatsoever. Reactive emotions = your subconscious manifesting through you sub-rationally. I get angry by accident? I am Grug, blue-pilled homo erectus, one step above animal. >for later use by AI or something WOULDN'T. That's like brain implant stuff. You're fuarrrkED if you make any opsec failures after that, it's a setup. Maybe less stupid (if processed offline) than consooming AI slop. Still stupid! >how do I get the raw data without it being corrupted by secondary thought processes Well that's clear right? Emotion precedes thought, just as consciousness precedes thought. (I can't get into more detail rn.)

OP have you tried doing an stream of consciousness? just start thinking (or writing) without structure, "let go" any internal restriction or structure, so to speak. then check what shows up. much like with dream interpretation, the background is more important than the foreground, the details, the scenery, the words you chose rather than the story you told

Ive done auto drawing before. You basically just get paper and a writing utensil, close your eyes and let your instinct move it without thinking. You tend to wind up scribbling but sometimes patterns and crude pictures form.
