Do you guys know any groups that specialise in lucid dream?in or accessing other worlds through your own consciousness?

Any groups worth joining are so small and obscure that you either wouldn't be able to find them in the first place or would be very hesitant to accept new members/actively try to filter you out to dissuade you from becoming one.
Explain your goal and I can try to give some recommendations on what to read.

as a semi-experienced lucid dreamer, here's my tips from back when I used to put in the effort.
1: get some actual sleep. The more successful REM cycles you have, the better your chances of lucid dreaming are. That means 10 hours, not 4.
2: Remember It's not real. there's no other world, don't get absorbed in your made up realities and neglect your real life.
3: make a habit of doing "reality checks" throughout your day. try passing your hand through solid object and expecting it to pass through, that's an easy one. Another one is to look at a phone screen or something with text on it, then look again. In a dream it changes.
4: Once you reach a lucid dream, stay calm. Getting too excited can "crash" the dream and you wake up. Like when you're taking a piss at 3 AM and you're trying to keep your body asleep, treat it like that at first before you become more comfortable with it.
5: Make an effort to remember your regular dreams more. Try journaling them. This gets you used to remembering your dreams, which makes them more vivid because ??? and vivid dreams are the closest thing to lucid dreams, and the easiest kind to make lucid.
Do that stuff and you should be able to lucid dream a bit. Don't go too deep into the whole occultist soykaf though, it's all in your head.
