i don't know how to share it but i had a dream about girl, a girl whom i have never seen before in my life. i saw her in a familiar school to which i used to attend when i was younger and she sat (back against the wall) in a tuck sitting (the name of the sitting position she was in) but with her head down. she is almost similar to yuri from doki doki literature club, from the colour of her hair to her school clothing but it's not her, that i can say. her skin is pale but looks to be soft. although she was sitting in a tucked position, she wasn't sad or sentimental, just sitting there. her face is the only thing i can't remember off. i decided to sit with her and so slowly we talked with each other, i didn't remember what we talked about but we laughed and joked. it felt like we were friends for years, she was understanding in a way and all. when i woke up i became desperate to return back to her to talk, she was fuarrrking awesome. i went as far as to give her a name and surname so i can't forget about her. yeah sure, its just my mind mixing pre existing memories together but i think there is more to it then that. is there any techniques or something so i can return to talk with her?

I believe the technique is called "Dream Incubation". The point is, you will focus on whatever you want to dream about. I had dream partners whom I wished to meet again too, for those occasions I'll take the last thirty to forty-five minutes of the day to think of them. I recommend writing about her on a piece of paper. Write down what she looked like, felt like, sounded like, what you'd like to do with her. Write down everything that comes to mind, then re-read it and if you got more, write that down too, then re-read it again. Then go to sleep.

I have had reoccurring dream settings before but mainly only happened when I was younger. Cant say i could suggest how to make her appear again. I can say I have similarly seen a girl I never saw before in some dreams. What is strange is she doesnt always appear looking the same but I recognize her as being the same person. This girl often tries to seduce me but when she did I got this uneasy feeling she is trying to stop me from exploring my dream world for some reason.

She's probably just some part of your subconscious, perhaps the frontend that was used to interface with you.
