so for the last few months i've been experiencing a variety of strange, seemingly unrelated symptoms. my symptoms worsen when im distressed or sleep-deprived, but also fluctuate randomly. every few minutes i experience a rush of anxiety with no particular direction or cause and i briefly disconnect from my senses (particularly my visual field). ive started getting sick frequently and having a bunch of phisiological problems (bouts of dizziness/nausea/pain, eye strain, infections, etc.) when i zone out, my surroundings start warping and things rotate and dilate and move around in wavy patterns. i also get this elevator kind of feeling where the ground feels like its moving up and down and forward and back. when all of this started i was having a lot of panic attacks, but ive kind of learned how to avoid getting caught in the cycle of anxiety. ive also been having completely random bouts of insomnia that happen every week or two in which i suddenly cannot sleep for more than 2-3 hours for 3-4 days. ive talked to doctors and psychiatrists and i have an eye condition called binocular vision dysfunction (i wear prism glasses) as well as depression, anxiety, and adhd. im not taking any medication and dont intend on doing so for the most part. all of these things are kind of subtle and they fluctuate in intensity but i feel like they're all connected in some way.

Okay, here's what you do 1) Go cold turkey on all food items with added artificial flavoring and artificial sweeteners. For example if you drink soda, make sure that it is sweetened just with good old sugar, and not sucralose or acesulfame. Eliminating these will make you feel better almost immediately, after a week you will see a huge improvement. Also, in case you are using any supplements, throw out everything which includes adaptogens such as (((ashwagandha))) 2) Look up the Buteyko method which are breathing exercises that stop you from hyperventilating. Do them twice a day. Also, start taping your mouth before going to sleep The two steps above WILL give you almost instant and very prominent improvement. You WILL feel better if you do them. The steps below are to make sure that you don't have any serious underlying conditions: 3) Consult with a physioterapist to check for possible vagus nerve issues 4) Get a bloodwork done, and ask specifically for a FULL thyroid profile (not just TSH). You do not need to pay for a doctor, you can go directly to a lab and order a test, and check for yourself if you have proper T3&T4 levels 5) Optionally, use minocycline for 14 days, and check the place you live for mold
