My dreams are fuarrrking boring. For context, I've had very few social interactions in the last few months because it's my first year of uni and I feel alienated of people and socially unapt, so I end up alone most of the time.
My dreams end up being a reflection of this "lifestyle", and now, the few dreams that I remember (and I feel like I remember them a lot less than before) are completely uninteresting; some just comes down to me scrolling discord or similar things.
So now I'm wondering how is your lifestyle shaping your dreams exactly? Because of course dreams comes from your subconscious, but they still reflect a part of you. And I ended up asking myself that question: What does the fact that I keep dreaming about completely uninteresting things says about me in the end? Probably that I need to move my ass..

yes. this is what your dreams do.
>What does the fact that I keep dreaming about completely uninteresting things says about me
It says that you think your lifestyle is uninteresting.
My dreams were about my real life, but all of the problems I had or I thought I had were fixed. In the end I went on an epic adventure. I had a great time.

I have experienced this also and the changes to more interesting dreams.
I used to always have dreams about coming late to school and work, yet I am never late for work. Or dreaming that I just went out but forgot something. It's a dreadful kind of mundane dream, the perfect reflection of my dreadfully mundane life.
But I have improved my life a fair bit in recent years, I am more social, have dreams again that I am chasing, meet wonderful people and my dreams seem a little more interesting also.
Last night I dreamed that i got shot in the chest by a random dude with a gun, I hid behind a tree as I tried getting help, got driven to a hospital by someone who wrecked the whole car on the way but we were fine somehow, at the hospital I got treated by a cheeky nurse with short hair and big eyes, it was lovely.
I don't know if it means anything, I remember it very vividly, it was enjoyable, kinda like an adventure with ups and downs.
OP, try to get some interesting experiences under your belt. You came to this conclusion yourself, go do something out of the ordinary.
