Have you asked a npc to do math?

Genuinely curious, i have only heard vaguely that asking dream npcs to do math was weird, but never thought it would be too different from trying to read something or a clock, also cant find info about it. So i was a bit aware it was a dream since it was an npc of a girl i dont talk in a long time, i started asking her questions to check if she'd answer me properly. "are you smart?" "sure", then i asked "how much is 2 + 2" next her limbs and head fused with her body really fast and became those jelly rgb cubes, half a second later everyone in the room became like this, it startled me and i woke up. Does anyone have experiences like this or know why did it happen?

kinda similar: I had a dream recently where an acquaintance of mine came into my room and corrected me on my math. I woke up trying to understand what my original claim was and his critique ( I think it had to do with whether some map was a covering map) flob dpencted, boirst dicpoandedasdfasdfasdfasdf

I used to have dreams that I was doing maths with others frequently when I was in uni. Nothing odd. Most times the dream maths was illogical, but sometimes I did dream the solution to some problems I had been working at prior to falling asleep.

>>5735 Its possible the idea that something strange will happen when you do certain things in dreams causes these things to happen. >>5737 Thats very interesting!

>>5737 Solving problems while asleep? Peak efficiency! I wonder if lucid dreaming has a significant impact on sleep quality, health wise.

Oh, it helps a lot to know you guys did math okay. And >>5737 is simply wow. >>5736 lol. >>5738 i was surprised at the intensity of reaction, but 2+2 isnt even so mathful since the answer doesnt require thought. I think you are right, thank you.

>>5735 Actually experimented with this myself. Her name was Marie, she could solve simple things but the more complicated stuff or ones that I didn't know right off the bat she had trouble with and made her extremely frustrated. If you ask me it's because she didn't actually calculate 2+2 or 5x5 rather than just remembered them, and when it came to actual calculations some sort of brain block kicked in.
