I am not very spiritually minded and think it is mostly bunk, but someone who can be considered to be spiritually in-tune visited our farm a while ago and gave two bits of advice, one very concerning.
First she said that there was a well in a specific field that had to be dug up in order for the field to thrive. After asking the people we had gotten the field off of, it turned out that there was a in-fact a well that had been buried before we had gotten it. It should be noted that the spiritually in-tune person did not live in the area and had never seen the field before. The field was also completely flat with no signs of anything that would indicate a well. We have since made plans to dig it up.
Secondly, she pointed to a a specific cluster of trees in our field on a mountain and said there was a hanging tree there that had to be cut down, otherwise someone would end up hanging from it. I wanted to cut the trees anyways, but due to local laws, I am unable to carry out this task.
Do any of you have experience with such advice and, if so, what would you advise?

Assuming spiritual person is correct, just cut the tree down, what's the worst that could happen?
Othersise, there was no implication that the hanging would be negative.

Nowadays that would probably mean a suicide (Not that I put much stock in this stuff in the first place)

Hm. I'm all for the mystic soykaf but it could go either way. The first thing is something you might be able to find in public records. The 2nd thing may be combination of lucky guess and a satellite photo suggesting that there is such a tree, but for a particular incident. The authentic side of explanation would boil down to fate, which I do not believe such specificity can be achieved accurately, especially insinuating that the incident of which would be the result of deliberate action can be avoided by cutting it down. On the flip side, if there is a vengeful spirit making known such a plan and its intention is communicated truthfully, and again I see why not it would just use another tree after your intervention (and wouldn't it just be pissed at you if you did that?).
That's my 2c, but another opinion from someone else frankly more knowledgeable than myself would count more since I just deal with this soykaf without 3rd eye awareness nor particular practice.

As mentioned, local laws make it pretty damned hard to cut the trees down. I wanted to cut down the whole cluster before for other reasons, but laws got in the way.
Also, the area has quite a bit of bad history to it and what almost look like some sort of old religious site on top of the mountain the field is located on. The mountain used to host a community that had fled to it during a famine but ended up disappearing. It also hosted rebels hiding from the government a while back. Recently a man had a heart attack up there and bugs have moved in that are killing off the animals kept in the less well maintained areas. I feel like if there is anything actually spiritually happening up there, it can't be good.

The spiritual person isn't really the type to do research like that, they are just someone we knew who came by visiting and mentioned it while staying for a short time. The tree in the cluster was never clarified, so maybe there is someone buried under the area and the whole bunch has to be cut. As I said, I don't put too much stock in the whole thing, but I decided I would ask since the 2nd bit of advice became a bit ominous after the 1st ended up holding some water.

You could think of this as a para-scientific experiment. To see if mystic intuition exists, don't cut the trees and see if someone ends up hanging themselves from one of them in the months to come. Whatever the outcome, it will surely be very informative. Remember to bring pictures when you decide to revisit this thread!
