I have a problem:
When I sleep as normal I have depression (laziness, low intellect, hard to think, fog in my head)
But when I sleep less, at first time everything is ok, but later I have voices in my head (the thoughts which have different voice and which I don't think by myself, they usually comment my actions and thoughts, and also tell things like /x/ on 4chan (American secret military organization is going to destroy the internet, for example)). What to do? I tried to find the balance, but it looks like there are only two options (this is or-or choice).

I have a similar problem, where I'm tired and lazy if I sleep 6-8 hours, but am perfectly fine with 3-5 hours. When I sleep less than 4 hours, I am very energetic after waking up, but this fades after about 3-4 hours, and is replaced by heavy sleepiness. I used to counteract it with caffeine pills, but I switched to just excercising every evening about half a year ago, and that has helped me sleep better with about 6 hours of sleep. I dunno if it helps you, maybe you need some meds for your Problem. Best of luck.

How much is "less"? If you're hearing voices after like 6 hours of sleep then that's weird. Hearing voices sounds like a symptom of schizophrenia for me, but I'm not an expert.
But if "less" means 3 hours a day then hearing voices and hallucinations generally are normal.

Fortunately, I'm not kind of shizo and I definitely have no problems with memory.
One of my comrades tell me that there is nothing strange about it, there are solar cycles, and this topic is discussed often because it is important information for elderly and sensitive people. I thought, and he's right. So, the end of the world is cancelled :) But I guess I'll be preparing for it anyway.

Actually a civilization-ending solar flare can come anytime soon. The thing is no one can predict it accurately so people don't care.
What I'm commenting on are your sound hallucinations.

That's a funny image.

OP is here.
I had voices in September, they tell me about an impending solar storm of colossal proportions. The voices passed at the end of September. Now I observe that there is a lot of discussion of solar storms on the Internet, I have hardly seen them discussed anywhere before (and I would have noticed, the topic is interesting enough, I would definitely be hooked, that is not to write off what I just did not notice before, but started noticing after), and here on YouTube I found 2 videos that were posted somewhat later (several days to a week) speech of voices about solar storms. These videos were about solar storms and what would happen if a big solar storm hit the Earth.
I'm not saying that the voices foreshadowed/foretold anything, I just thought the coincidence was hilarious (Jung discussed something like this). Huh, but I won't deny that I will believe in their reality and in general in something supernatural if there is a strong solar electromagnetic storm in the near future

Coincidence? Maybe, but your other symptoms sound like developing schizophrenia - I advise you to go and visit a doctor before you lose control.
Maybe you're having a deja vu, especially if you didn't know what solar storms are about earlier.

Also memory problems are common if you sleep little so it's possible that you have read/watched about solar flares before but you don't remember it.

I'm actually intrigued about the internet being destroyed. It's certainly a concept I think about from time to time, wondering if I'll ever see a true downfall or destruction of the internet? Or how everyone will adapt again living without the internet, in a very technology centered world.
I'm genuinely curious.

Choose sleeping less. You can also try polyphasic sleep to see if it's any better. Just having thoughts shouldn't cause you much harm. Especially if you can correctly identify them as thoughts. It's weird that you identify them as not yours but I guess you have compartmentalization done that way.

No, having hallucinations (other than hypnagogic and hypnopompic) because of sleeping 3 hours / day for 2 consecutive days is not normal.
Hallucinations from sleep deprivation usually happen only in extreme cases. Sleeping 3 hrs/day shouldn't cause that level of sleep deprivation.
