I am a sleep walker since a young age. I have many stories of me waking up at night and interacting with my family / friends etc. and not remembering anything in the morning. I moved alone 2 years ago and I started having semi-frequent nightmares. Most of them happen because I wake up in my house in the middle of sleep walking, after lucid dreaming (if you could call it that) stuff happening in my house and trying to interact with them. Yesterday I had my worst dream yet. I saw several "shadow people" standing outside my 2nd floor apartment window and surveying my house. They didn't have any facial features but I felt extreme dread as if they will try to break in and harm me. I woke up in my bed and didn't move so that they will not notice and in my hazy state tried to figure out a plan. but slowly as I woke up more and more they disappeared and I realized everything is OK. Usually after waking up like this from a nightmare I just brush it off and go back and have a good nights rest but every time I semi dozed off that night they kept coming back. I just saw them standing there and looking at me. I stopped feeling when I was asleep or awake because everything seemed so real to me. I even started planning how can I put some kind of a trap to stop them from climbing inside my apartment.
do you guys experience nightmares like this? is there anything natural to help it off? I am too scared to tell people because I don't want to get any crazy people pills...

five cloves of garlic hung in front of the door and all windows should do. replace when they turn yellow/subpar for cooking.
you can wear one on your head as well while sleeping, but you have to be in piss-poor health for that to be necessary.
eating raw garlic doesn't hurt either, cleans up your blood and should make it easier to maintain a good emotional balance. laughter scares off ghosts, even if you're just laughing at a stupid ylyl thread.

Sometimes. Usually when I'm really wound up and have to take melatonin to sleep, I have weird paranoid half-dreams and nightmares. Last night I woke up with the strong *conviction* that aliens were here on earth manipulating world events... it took a while for me to start rationalizing, like why the hell would an advanced spacefaring alien civilization give a damn about a bunch of apes who haven't even colonized another planet yet?

stop playing with tarot cards and believing you’re a witch… also be honest with your therapist and sort out your trauma and personality disorder !

I think you need something that will make your sleep deeper like sleeping pills.
For example you can try drinking Melissa officinalis tea - it will make you calm. Don't buy it from a shop though, grow it yourself or buy it in a pharmacy.

If that doesn't help, visit a doctor and tell them you have a problem with nightmares and sleep walking (without that paranoid part).

I am too scared to ask for any more help, I tried going to a therapist during the army but he just offered me anti-depressants. I heard they make you feel nothing and I'm not gonna come close to this soykaf. Another therapist told me that everything seems fine.
I even went to a sleep lab where they analyzed how I sleep and they told me its regular and it will go away with time.
They don't have to see what I see at night. they don't have to feel the pure dread of being in this soykaf.

Good, you can also try growing Humulus lupulus (that thing they put in beer) - it belongs to the Cannabaceae family and therefore will make you calm and sleepy.
Be careful and read about dosing first though, there are many way to prepare it so read about it first. There are teas, alcohol extracts, etc.
Also try every herb in small doses before trying it to make sure you're not allergic.

The fresh thing is said to put you to sleep in 5 minutes.

Falling half-asleep can cause visions and hallucinations like that. Do you have a spiritual practice to ward off evil things? It sounds like it could be either that or a wake/sleep imbalance.
