Hello there, I'm kinda good at lucid dreaming, i can't induce it consistently but i can like 70% of the time, I've never made use of it except for creating cool stories and trying stuff out. I would like to use it for improving myself, starting with discipline and focus which are things i'd like to improve since next year academy will get super intense. Do you guys have any advice/experiences to share regarding this type of stuff? Anything is welcome

>>4446 I haven't had enough to really experiment much, but I read pic related and got some very interesting ideas. Apparently you can talk to the dream and it responds intelligently

Most people mistake between lucid dreaming, dreaming with partial control (since you didn't make the entire setting from scratch), and astral. Lucid dreaming[1] is pretty much >>4462 a sandbox where you can meditate at a different brain wave state that's usually high capacity Psychedelics[2] are no different than forcing your brain wave to another state and most people (not all) typically use it to "cope" so there's the similarity but not to be confused 1=2 or it being a requirement at all. Having dreams with partial control shouldn't count as total lucid dreaming but I'm sure it's most common that people who can't achieve full sandbox mistakes their semi sandbox dream as the real deal and have a false sense. Astral is more complicated but can be closely related to total lucid dreaming, it's like an overlap of dimensions where things start to go crazy, here's an example >>3383
