Did you ever get hypnotized lainon? I am really interested in it since I made a couple of awesome experiences with hypnotherapists both irl and on youtube, but I've always been skeptical about sexual hypnosis. What do they do in it? Does it really have the same quality as professional therapeutic hypnosis videos available online? How can I make sure to not be tricked into some sick mind manipulation scheme while listening to this? Do you think it is possible to start a large scale psyop campaign using qts who hide secret messages or orders in their hypnosis? Where can I safely try erotic hypnosis? Will it make me addicted or have some other negative effects on my brain? I know that this thread is not dreams related but I consider it consciousness related and after all hypnosis works for lucid dreams and is at least as fascinating as dreams themselves.

Yes I also made very fascinating experiemces with youtube hypnosis experiments. There are some that make you lose control over your body, its crazy soykaf. What's the point of that pendulum though?

I guess you could just listen to it without falling in trance first to check if there's bad stuff in there and then use it to get hypnotised

Why link to the nofap forum instead of the study itself? https://gwern.net/doc/psychology/1966-rachman.pdf The measurement they used isn't considered good practice anymore. Cock volume fluctuates quite a bit and repeating the trials enough times means that eventually they'll find five reactions in a row. The minor changes that many old studies that use this measurement considered significant (which is not actually detailed in this study) aren't correlated with arousal. Not saying that people cannot be conditioned to respond to sexual stimuli, only that this particular study is significantly flawed.

I have tried it a few times, but I haven't experienced anything interesting. The moment where I'm usually supposed to lose control doesn't work the way people describe it - although I feel like the state of consciousness shifts in some way, there's still something in the back of my mind that doesn't let me immerse in the experience entirely. A part of me is in the trance, but something else keeps track of everything outside of it. Although I still follow the command without processing them, it feels like watching everything from the back seat (aka not fun at all).
