How fact do you fall asleep, /zzz/ergs.

How long does it take you to fall asleep from the moment you lay on the bed, until you go unconscious. Approx. of course.
ch · 2021-02-25 05:03
2-3 hours unfortunately

Usually between 5 minutes and 1 hour, depends on what i have on my head that day
Unknown · 2021-02-25 14:24
Well, it depends but usually 1 to 3 hours and still wake up randomly on the night, so I take my medicines to sleep and, in that case, only few minutes.
John Titor · 2021-02-25 14:30
If I listen to a 15mn audio while falling asleep, I usually only remember the 5 first minutes, so probably that long.
Nell · 2021-02-26 13:48
1-2 hours

Is that picture AI-generated? It gives me that weird vibe of having lots of meaning but zero context whatsoever.

And to answer your question, OP, I have no idea. I lose track of time and feeling the more I fall into sleep.

anywhere from 30 minutes up to 3 hours max. it depends on a lot of factors like hydration, calmness, and whether my stimulants have worn off. weirdly enough turning on the lights for a few minutes actually tends to help me sometimes.

2-4 hours for the most part but recently i just gave up and started using my phone and pc more during the night , after a couple of hours or so on it my brain would just go nunight , plus 12 hours of powerline noises helps too

Usually <4 minutes when I want to go to sleep. Sometimes I just lie in bed awake or hours when I cant sleep though. Other nights I wake up at midnight and then just sit there until I have to go to work.

depends on how sleepy i am and whether there are some issues i am thoughtlooping about, if it's within the usual routine and nothing overwhelming happened - around 10 mins, otherwise might be a couple of hours

I honestly believe it's genetic. My mother is the same way and so am I (though it's gotten better with consistent exercise and a solid sleep schedule), but my father and sister knock out in minutes

It can take nearly an hour. When I'm alone with my own thoughts, they run wild. I wish I could just instantly turn my brain off and go to sleep the way everyone else does.
J.C. Denton · 2021-03-06 03:05
Depending on how tense I am, from 10 minutes to 5 hours. I have had terrible insomnia on and off for the past 3 years. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

You should try meditation. Empty your mind. You have no past and no future. You came into existence at this exact moment.

The better questions are, how long do I stay up posting to imageboards or coding, and how long do I take to orgasm.
After that, bam, 1 minute. Sleep deprivation+no caffeine crew.
vomitboyz · 2021-08-09 07:11
either I go to sleep within the first few minutes (like 10 or 20), or it takes me over an hour, it really depends on if I sleep when I feel tired or not
Unidentified · 2021-08-11 21:01
It's heavily inconsistent. A good day that has exercise and socialization does wonders for my sleep. A day spent on vidya and compooter leaves me feeling paradoxically more tired yet unable to fall asleep for a very long time.

Meditation actually have helped me some years ago so I agree
