What do lainons think about Lucidesc? Does it work? Do you have another ideas to have interesting dreams?

Why would anyone wish to lucid dream? Please explain this to someone who does not understand.

>>3986 Most common argument for lucid dreams is "we spend 1/3 of our lives asleep, why waste it?" It's fun and one of the closest things to literal magic that you can try and succeed in. You can also experience things you can't experience in real life, such as flying or hugging a girl. Coolest thing I've done was becoming a crow, literally. Still remember how to control the bird body with no arms, wings that awkward leg position and eyes on the sides of my head. You can explore yourself through the symbolism present in your dreams, get total immunity from nightmares because they're easy to get lucid in and, for some reason, you wake up much fresher out of the lucid dream. If you have a tulpa - you can hang out there together. Eventually I got tired of it, it's fun and all and I'm still happy when it happens randomly, but there's a limit to what you can do. Eventually you run out of things to do and getting there requires some awake conscious effort - keeping dream diaries, waking up in the middle of the night to fall asleep into the lucid dream, have to check if you're asleep while you're awake to create a habit etc

>>3986 What >>3987 said. As someone who has never lucid dreamt before and can't really remember dreams its something I always wished to experience because it sounds so cool. I can't get much done in real life anyways, so why not have some fun in my dreams?
