MEDITATION AND DREAM RECOLLECTION

XERXES · 2020-10-21 04:22
For a long time now I have not been able to recall any dreams. My life has included many traumatic events and I had a serious issue with night terrors as a small child up until my early adulthood. But recently I have had the opportunity to work past my trauma and come into a better state of mind as I become a young adult. As I was doing this new work and lifestyle I decided that I would like a foundational practice to keep my healthy and connected to the higher power of the universe, and I came upon meditation. I have created a steady habit for a period of 3 months now and the influence it has had on my dreams recurrence and clarity is honestly astounding. I have never had this amount of clarity and interaction with my personal dreamscape. Everyday since the start of my practice I have had noticeable improvements. When I had started my meditation I had never thought that this was an ability I would bring into my life because of it, I didn't have a clue. It was a unsuspecting blessing. This information is useful to you if you are interested in increasing you dream recall and clarity. Meditation is foundational practice for any psychonaut. Everything is so mush clearer now.

>>3667 Thanks for sharing your story. I actually have somewhat of a similar story myself. I hope to make more improvements to me recollection of my dreams thru using a dream journal. I meditate but I didn't find that that was instrumental to my improvement or dream recollection, more so I keeping mindfulness throughout the day and starting my day off right.
