Astral Projection/Lucid Dreaming/alternate realities/ inception

I know there are already a few posts about each of these topics but whatever. idk where to start so I'll jump into it. some of my dreams I can consciously make decisions aka (lucid dream) but I also seem to have a memory within my dream that is exclusive to my dreams while also having my regular memory. idk if inception is apart of lucid dreaming of not but I had a dream I was riding a bike and while I was riding the bike I was "falling asleep at the wheel" like fading in and out of sleep, this specific thing scares me to be honest. now almost every story I've heard about astral projection after they wake up they're usually really tired and that's what I felt after waking up from this one dream I had and I saw a few people I knew in high school and myself were there too and I was actually having coherent conversations and we all knew each other but it seemed a little too real to be just a dream but a little too dreamy to be reality and so I came to the conclusion that if it wasn't just a dream then I astral projected to an alternate reality, which earlier in the dream an old high school friend of mine and I were rollerblading and she said "I love traveling to alternate universes" so that might be the case or it might idk, I don't think this is fact but just conclusions I've come to. has anyone experienced any of these before? I'd like to know more about all this.

This channel has a ton of stories from a experienced astral projector: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpVk_OmMmRs0RnmOQTHXyrA One of his earlier videos has a story about traveling to alternate reality America where they never broke off from the British but I can't seem to find the specific video. Your experience might also be an astral meetup of which they speak on here: https://youtu.be/3PSCDQJleFw

>>3447 did you reach out to the old hs friend and ask about this? The big source on lucid dreams I hear is Robert Waggoner. I've been trying this thing he talks about, where you remember to stare at your hands in the waking state so that you'll remember to do it in the dream, and then they won't look right, or you won't be able to look at them or something, and then you'll realize you're in a dream.. Haven't remembered to do it enough though, so it still hasn't worked for me...
