I have a recurrent dream, in it. my mom and my little brother are with me in a coliseum hiding us for three dinosaurs. Each one of the dinosaurs has a different colour, red, green and violet. In my dream, I ran away trying to keep the dinosaurs away for my family. The red one chases me. i wish to knock about the meaning, peace.

DInosaurs probably just symbolize danger and you worry about your family and want to keep them safe.

>>2801 Sometimes dreams can have a stupidly simple logic to them, like when you dream of butterflies, it might symbolize a coming transformation, or when your teeth are falling, there's something wrong with your general appearance, or when you dream that you're literally wrestling with something or someone, you're either emotionally conflicted or that you're caught in dispute with that thing or person (i.e. the meaning can be something along the lines of >>2844 ). Numbers on the other hand can be quite deceiving, so I'm not even going to touch upon that. Then there's other problems which you should try to take into account when trying to decipher the meaning of a particular dream. First of all, has any noteworthy changes taken place in your general life circumstance as of recent? Maybe your personal unconsciousness is trying to tell you something important? Something you should look out for? Secondly, there's a possibility (although a very minor one) that the dream is prophetic in nature, in which case it's almost impossible to tell its meaning until that event has actually happened. Nevertheless, making the distinction between a prophetic dream and a "present-day" dream is something which ought to be taken into consideration. Thirdly, there's the emotional aspect to the process. What kind of feelings did you have towards all the subjects and objects of your dream while you were dreaming, and how do you feel about them right now in your waking-life? Fourthly, you should be extra cautious of external influences painting/tainting your understanding when it comes to "knocking about the meaning" of a particular dream. You should take every suggestion and advice (including this one) with a grain of salt. And lastly, I should warn you of anyone claiming to be able to decipher the meaning of your dream (including me). If you want my advice, I'd suggest that you try and be "a doctor unto yourself." Of course, even this approach isn't risk-free, for there's a chance that you're interpreting your dream erroneously (or something worse). That's why I would recommend reading Carl Jung's works to help you with it. I'll attach a short paper to this post by Jung which I've found useful personally, and a link to another paper more about dream interpretation. I hope you won't mind the highlights and other markings in the former. https://assets.press.princeton.edu/chapters/s8500.pdf

Weird and very ass-pull input, but the old CRT TV's I used to game on, which had a YPbPr input, had a static pattern that was -or looked like- red green and purple dots. Dunno how old you are and if your childhood ever was one with CRT's, but the RGB(-ish) dinosaurs might be a weird brain artefact signifying your use of digital media. So maybe look how that might impact your or your family's life, and what your own relationship to it might mean for your ability to protect mother and brother. I'm sort of a medium and sometimes get weird inputs like this, but in general, I agree with >>2846 Better make an own analysis of the dream on different layers of abstraction, and be honest with yourself and your own responsibility in what bothers you about the current state of your/your family's affairs.
