Dreams of Anime Girls

It seems recently I've started to have a lot more dreams featuring anime characters. I can only assume this is down to seeing far less people in recent months, but I don't seem to recall the happening the last time I was in a situation like this. I quite enjoy these dreams, but I'd like to get to the bottom of why they're happening. Have you had similar experiences?

I've had dreams with an anime style but none about anime girls.

I have dreams in Anime style about once or teice every mounth, most of them are in a sexual context. i think that this is a normal thing with people who watch a lot of anime or consum related content. tho i also get those dreams if i haven't watched anything for a few weeks or even mounths.

I had a dream that had an anime/cartoon style; it was sort of a dream within a dream. I "woke up" afterwards and wrote it down.

Magical girl/ Precure stuff has been pretty prevalent over the last few months even though I wasn't exposed to it growing up and I only gave Madoka a watch some while after that theme started popping up. It's like it is hardwired. Other than that FATE type stuff creeps in but nothing story orientated, just occasional battle screens from the gacha. That is all and well over now though.

When you dream about animated anything, do you see it in 2D or 3D? I've only ever dreamed of 3D normal humans
