I use CAD software at work, so hours upon hours upon hours of manipulating 3d models eventually leads to a kind of tetris effect. I definitely have dreams about making 3d models, or manipulating 'reality' in the same manner as 3d models. Sometimes if I'm in a crunch and sleep-deprived, I end up looking for say a translate handle on a real-life object even while awake. Like I'll look at a coffee mug and wonder why it doesn't have an XYZ manipulator or something to that effect.
Then I feel stupid. It's like a more developed version of that split-second impulse to hit ctrl-z after you make a mistake irl.
Concerning your image, dafak is "corneamorphics?" Brings up zero search results. Guess it really is the bottom of the iceberg.

I often have dreams about games I play or played, but modified - usually horror games, but better and more fuarrrked up, minecraft, once a 2D game. The funniest part of this is I rarely can see the computer - my field of view is usally 100% a game. Once I had a dream about my GNU/Linux system getting viruses like on Windows, that was scary.
