hello, i'm looking for "Alpha, Theta, Delta, Epsilon, Gamma DESCENDING/ASCENDING "BRAIN WAVES"" that were posted here some big time ago, some anon gave them in a thread. i remember i asked if it would still work if i played an exciting video/action game and i was (expectedly) mocked (what are you even trying to achieve?)
if you have them please do share them, i remember i had to download all of them separately and i won't do it off the random internet because it wasn't recommended to me and i don't trust randoms with my brain.
kthanksbye

Is this some way to change your brainwave frequency at the drop of a hat? Could you tell me more about whatever it is youre lookin for? Also are you attempting to get your brain to a dream state and then play vidya? heh. Pretty interesting.

http://lunarsight.com/freq.htm convenient frequency info list
you can entrain the brain to different frequencies using a variety of methods, creating an interference beating between the left/right headphones using two panned and detuned sinewaves, panning back and forth at the desired frequency, and modulating volume by the desired frequency being a few. These can all be done fairly easily in Audacity.
I find it may also be beneficial depending on what your desired effects are to stack doubling/tripling harmonics of the fundamental frequency (both carrier and modulation)
Another suggestion is to sync the breath to the easiest to follow subharmonic of the entrainment frequency and experiment with various breathwork techniques, personally I like to add slow waves of white noise for this purpose

they're called binaural beats. There's a bunch of sources out there for them. There's even this open source program to make your own: https://uazu.net/sbagen/

Isochronic tones, monaural beats, and/or binaural beats are likely what you're looking for, fam

Do these work if you have uneven hearing loss? My left ear is almost death and has trouble hearing especially high frequencies.

You should try using bone conduction technology then, although you should avoid wireless/rechargeable bone conduction headsets since I've read many claims the lithium part burning or exploding.
Or try using balanced armatures since they're essentially vibrating metals and not vibrating air waves which might work if you have busted ear drum (armatures are usually the kind used on hearing aid).
