About 3 months ago I went to the psychologist. With this, the therapy has helped me a lot with issues like organization and other things. Although I did not feel perfect, I went back to dreaming quite a lot compared to the beginning and middle of the year 2018 and nothing negative like nightmares or night paralysis - something that I experienced almost all my nights between 2015 and 2016 - and my sleep issues left of being a problem (today I dreamed that I was a hamon user starting out on an adventure to defeat a giant spider that was sucking the vital energy of Earth wtf, if you want I can even talk more about it). I would like to know what questions you think could lead to blockages in your dreams and even experiences similar to mine.

I went back to dreaming too. I think it is because I stopped to smoke marijuana regularly. Well, sleeping was a problem for me in 2017. But at least now I ain't depressed and I'm not stuck in a depressive routine in my dreams. Yesterday I dreamed that I was a vampire (cuz a vampire bite me) and I was killing vampire hunters. Every dream starts as a routine dream and ends crazy like this.
I really can't figure out if this dreaming thing is good or bad.

Here is thing I'm learning to appreciate.
Sobriety is a rule not an option if you want to survive in some places.
