Recently I had one of those dreams where you keep waking up. A few times I had sleep paralysis and got too scared to open my eyes. When I finally woke up I was mentally exhausted and had to slap myself a few times to see if I was in the real world. What are y'all's experiences with these sorts of dreams?

When I was a kid I went camping with my family, we camped near a place where you could rent some yellow cabins, we never looked inside the yellow cabins but one day I dreamed of sleeping inside of one.
In the dream, it was night time, and time for me to go to bed. I climbed into the big yellow bed inside the yellow room. It's like the whole cabin was just the main door, some yellow furniture, and a bed. My mother walked in and stood by the door looking at me going to sleep, so she wished me good night. I close my eyes and sleep. I wake up in the same room. My mother enters the room again and stands by the door, this time, her whole head is deformed, she wishes me good night but I scream and hide in the covers. I fall asleep.
The rest of the dream loops several times: I wake up in the same room, my mother comes in with a different head (the most memorable is the head of a giant fly) and then I try to fall asleep just to wake up.

I had a similar situation about 4 times this 2018.
I wake up inside the dream, in my current bed, unable to move.
Then, the feeling of something suddenly coming up scares me, so all I do is to try to wake up by moving my eyes from side to side quickly.
I eventually wake up and open my eyes for real, since I had them closed when sleeping. And so I slap myself a bit and try to sleep in another position.
But this is what confuses me. I've had what I believed was sleep paralysis, only once, when I was a kid: I woke up from a nightmare by opening my eyes, and a white face was right in from of me on the wall. I kept staring at it unable to move until my vision became less blurry and discovered the white face was a bunch of pencils and stuff in the wall under the white moonlight.
Which one is classified as the real sleep paralysis?

I had the weirdest dream this morning, sexual in nature; it doesn't even bear repeating here. I need to get laid.

>y'all
are you from the south or a redditor
Anyway, I have had dreams where I feel awake than drift back, they seem very realistic. The most prominent one was when I was a young kid staying at my family's camp out in the woods. I dreamt that I was in a boat out in the middle of the lake all alone, I remember sitting up in bed but I felt like I was in the boat. I got scared and screamed at bit and that woke me up fully.

There will never be any proof that your dream didn't actually occur
