My sleep "schedule" is probably to blame, but I've been mixing up reality and dreams more often. Did that person really say that? Did that conversation happen? Did I see that?
Today I had the knowledge that my toenails were getting pretty long, a bit longer than they've been before at their longest, but nothing crazy. Later I noticed a hole in one of my new socks. Dismayed, I mentally slapped myself for not taking care of my long toenails sooner. So I went to the bathroom to clip them, and when I remove my socks my toenails were a perfectly normal length. Not jagged like they'd been torn off, and they weren't uneven. Just a bit of growth past a close-cut length. Before then I could have sworn up and down the current condition of my toenails, because to my knowledge I had just looked at them.
It's dumb soykaf really, but it makes me doubt myself. Really need to get sleeping pills or something to force sleep.

Hey Lainon,
I had a really similar problem a couple years ago related to a lack of sleep. To combat this I used a strategy that some use for lucid dreaming: using my hands as an anchor point. By regularly looking at my hands throughout the day, it became possible to intentionally look at my hands while dreaming. I'm not sure if it's universal, but in dreams my hands are always distorted in some way. The clarity of my hands in reality assured me that I was awake.
If these things look sharp and real alongside you assuring through your hands that you are awake, it may instead be a hallucination brought on from lack of sleep. In my experience these are somewhat common, usually in small instances but they indicate a bigger issue. Definitely try to get some sleep whenever you can.

I can relate to that.
I have been meaning to tell myself a long time now to watch out, but i keep slacking off.
I dont know whats what anymore, to be honest i dont even care.
Even drawing a line does not make sense anymore because both dream and reality are so absurd nothing makes sense anymore.
Thats just the life in hyperspace i guess.

You could try yellow tinted glasses to reset your circadian rhythm, chamomile tea and valerian to help you sleep. Buckwheat husk pillows are supposed to be the best.
I believe that in the States you can get melatonin over the counter, that could help.
To wake right the fuarrrk up, a cold shower will activate a drowning reflex and shunt more oxygen to the brain. You get the same thing splashing cold water in your face. An ice water face bath is best.
Also, there's a yoga exercise where you close your eyes and look at the sun through your shut lids. That should stimulate your pineal gland.
Yoga could help, especially yoga nidra.
